West River Leadership Retreat
June 29-July 2, 2026
Storm Mountain - Rapid City, SD

Earliest Arrival: Monday, June 29 at 6pm
Camp Begins: Monday, June 29 at 7:30pm
Mt. Rushmore Visit: Tuesday, June 30 (depart at 7:30pm)
Camp Concludes: Thursday, July 2 at 11:45am
Leadership Retreat Scholarship

Offered as a special project of the SD FFA Foundation
• FFA members receive $175 for registration to the State FFA Leadership Retreat of their choice. Students may not receive the scholarship two years in a row.
• 2 or more Walt Johnson Memorial scholarships - (1 member from District 5, 1 member at large) # depends on endowment funds available
• Additional Advisor Tribute scholarships as sponsored by West River Electric, Sioux Valley Energy, or others in honor of current or past ag teachers we receive donations on behalf of (# varies each year)
